Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Actively reaching out to prospective students and parents through cold calling to generate leads for the courses offered by BP Marine.
  • Lead Generation: Identifying and converting leads to potential admissions through online platforms, events, and follow-ups.
  • Admission Process Guidance: Providing detailed information about the courses, eligibility, and benefits to prospective students and guiding them through the admission process.
  • Counseling: Understanding the needs of students and offering tailored advice on courses, career paths, and further opportunities in the maritime industry.
  • Database Management: Maintaining accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
  • Follow-Up: Ensuring all leads are followed up in a timely manner and providing reminders for upcoming events or deadlines.
  • Customer Service: Responding to queries and providing excellent customer service to prospective students.
  • Handling Inquiries: Assisting students and parents with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing Teams: Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and execute promotional activities.
  • Regular Reporting: Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the team leader.

Key Requirements:

  • Good Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience: Fresher to 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in education or counseling).
  • Cold Calling: Ability to confidently make cold calls and engage with prospects.
  • Sales/Lead Generation: Experience in generating leads and converting them into admissions.
  • Customer-Oriented: A friendly and approachable attitude with a focus on providing solutions and assisting students.
  • Self-Motivated: High levels of self-motivation with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
