Job Title: City Manager – ArenaZ Location: Delhi NCR (1 Position Open) Department: Operations Reports To: Business Manager Employment Type: Full-Time About the Company: We are a fast-growing company that acquires, develops, and operates multi-sport arenas across the country.

Job Summary: The City Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, financial performance, staff management, and community engagement of all sports arena facilities within a specific city.

You will lead local teams, implement company strategies, and ensure that each venue operates efficiently and profitably while delivering exceptional service to athletes, partners, and guests. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Facility Management Oversee daily operations of multiple sports arenas within the assigned city. Ensure each facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Implement and enforce company SOPs and operational policies. Team Leadership & Staffing Hire, train, and manage local Managers, facility staff, and event coordinators. Foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values and goals.

Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development. Business & Financial Management Develop and manage city-level budgets, revenue forecasts, and P&L performance. Identify and execute growth opportunities, including new services, partnerships, or events.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed. Community & Client Relations Build and maintain relationships with local sports leagues, schools, community organizations, and sponsors. Represent the company at city events and in media or public relations opportunities.

Ensure client satisfaction by responding promptly to concerns and feedback. Sales & Marketing Collaboration Support local marketing initiatives to drive traffic and bookings across facilities. Collaborate with the central sales team to secure new business and partnerships.

Strategic Planning Provide insights into city-specific trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Work with leadership on expansion or renovation projects within the city. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Sports Management, Hospitality, or related field (MBA is a plus).3 years of management experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or hospitality sectors.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing multiple teams or locations. Proven track record in budgeting, P&L oversight, and business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
