Role & responsibilities

- Greeting customers scheduling service appointments

- Analysis needs and requirements

- Handling of difficult customer & negotiation

- Follow-up after delivery, build customer relationship

- Build customer database

- Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs

- Translating customers repair problems into standard repair terminology

- Explaining repairs to customers

- Good communication & negotiation skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Driving

Key Skills Required:

-Fluent English and Hindi communication skills

- Presentable and Pleasant Personality

- Soft Spoken

Preferred candidate: Should have automobile experience at least 0-4 years
