Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Academic Advisor role located in Gwalior. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for guiding students in the selection of courses and academic paths, providing career counseling, and offering support to help them achieve their educational goals. This role involves direct interaction with students, analyzing their interests and strengths, and ensuring they are equipped with the advice needed to make informed academic decisions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling techniques
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with students and stakeholders
• Experience in Academic Advising and education-related support services
• Ability to foster relationships and provide personalized academic guidance
• Relevant experience in the education sector is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
