HR Assistant
at one of our locations in Asia India, ( Pune Lonikand)

Talent Acquisition:
Manpower Planning & Requirement Analysis
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
Screening & Selection
Interview Coordination & Evaluation
Skill Matrix Coordinator:
Develop and maintain department-wise Skill Matrix in line with QMS/TS/IATF standards.
Conduct periodic skill gap analysis across functions.
Support internal and external audits by providing skill compliance evidence
DOJO Coordinator:
Plan, organize, and maintain the DOJO training centre as per organizational and IATF/ISO standards.
Facilitate training on Safety, 5S, Quality standards, SOPs, and process-specific requirements.
Coordination & Alignment
Maintain records of training completion and assessment results.
Assess trainees through written/practical tests and demonstrations.
Introduce new training techniques, simulations, and digital aids
Others :
Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities (festivals, sports, CSR, recognition events, cultural programs).
Act as the first point of contact for female worker grievances and escalate to HR when required.
Support HR in conducting awareness sessions on POSH, workplace safety, and health.
Assist in implementing programs to strengthen organizational values and culture
