Job Title: IT Support Specialist 

Base Location: Pune(Bawdhan) / Kolhapur.

Experience: 4 years ( Immediate Joiner)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful IT Support Specialist with 4 years of experience to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to internal teams, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues faced by end-users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Respond to and resolve IT tickets promptly, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of network issues, such as connectivity problems and IP configurations.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, routers, and firewalls.
  • Monitor and update antivirus, patches, and software licenses.
  • Document IT processes, technical issues, and solutions for future reference.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external support teams when necessary.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including provisioning and de-provisioning of IT equipment. (Asset Management)
  • Support 3 offices: 2 in Pune and 1 in Kolhapur.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Experience with AWS/Azure, Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Preferred Certifications (Optional):

  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification
  • AWS Certification
  • CISSP
  • CompTIA A+

Note- Salary range as per previous discussions is max around 4.75 LPA.
