We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Defined Benefits (US-based) domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL, Manual Testing, and a solid understanding of Version projects within Defined Benefits platforms such as RKS or BA7.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business and functional requirements within the Defined Benefits (US) domain.
  • Conduct gap analysis and impact analysis to align system functionalities with business needs.
  • Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with developers to ensure accurate system design.
  • Perform system testing, regression testing, and UAT support to ensure delivery of high-quality products.
  • Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and testing.
  • Prepare release notes and coordinate production moves for enhancements or bug fixes.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for processes, product information, and functional changes.
  • Mentor junior team members and support team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Defined Benefits (US-based) domain.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Manual Testing.
  • Familiarity with RKS or BA7 platforms preferred.
  • Understanding of Project Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing procedures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and database concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience working on version or migration projects within Defined Benefits.
  • Exposure to project coordination and client communication.
