Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving student enrollments, building strong relationships, and contributing directly to our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with potential learners interested in transitioning to B2B SaaS sales.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads, explain our offerings, and drive enrollments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in the CRM.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/business development (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
• Experience in EdTech/SaaS/Training sector preferred (not mandatory).
