    Managing day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, employee records management, benefits administration, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data. 


  • Labor Laws Compliance:
    Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, including PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory obligations. 


  • Employee Development:
    Designing and delivering employee development programs, and implementing employee recognition and reward programs. 


  • Liaison:
    Establishing and maintaining effective communication with government authorities, labor unions, and other external stakeholders
