- Pivotal in procuring Locomotives and Wagons, Weigh Bridges and other Railway equipments.
- Laisoning with Railways, Government Affairs, Local authorities, Locals For acquisition of land
- Assisting in commissioning, Construction, execution & maintenance of Railway System.
- Preparation of BOQ, floating of tenders, negotiation with the parties and issue of work orders
- Finalization of drawings and BOQ.
- Finalization of layout as per the requirement of the plant.
- Liasoning with the different railways for finalization and approval of ESP, DPR, Bridges etc
- Identification of land requirement and solving land issues through negotiation with the land donors.
- Interfacing with different departments of plant for smooth execution of project.
