We are hiring for Manager/ Se4nior Manager for a leading company and the position is based at Delhi/NCR. Please find below the roles and responsibilities:

Job Title: Sr. Manager Finance & Accounts

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

Experience: 5–12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Budgeting – Lead annual budget & monthly forecasts, analyze variances, and provide insights.
  • Accounting & Reporting – Prepare MIS, IND-AS financials, P&L & Balance Sheet (mandatory), ensure controls over EBITDA, capex, and expenses.
  • Cost Control & Profitability – Product costing, segment profitability analysis, cost optimization, BOM/SOP impact review.
  • Cash Flow & Capex – Prepare cash flow forecasts, manage capex funding, ROI/IRR evaluation, treasury operations, bank coordination.
  • Compliance & Controls – Ensure GST, TDS, PLI compliance; support audits; strengthen financial governance.
  • Team Leadership – Build & mentor finance team, set goals, review performance, and foster continuous improvement.
