Position Overview
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organisation. This role serves as a strategic partner to the management team while managing day-to-day HR operations to support employee engagement, organisational development, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring decisions with management team
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
- Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts and disciplinary issues
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover trends
Policy Development & Compliance
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices and procedures
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience
- Strong foundational knowledge in multiple HR functional areas
- Excellent English (UK) language both written and verbal
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in HR software applications
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance
Core Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Working Conditions
