Shift : General Shift (Timings : 9 AM PM / 10 AM PM)

Key Responsibilities of a Non-IT Leadership Hiring Recruiter (End-to-End Non IT):

  • Stakeholder Management: Partnering with CEOs and business heads to define leadership requirements.

  • Market Mapping: Researching competitors and creating talent maps for specific roles.

  • Head-Hunting: Approaching passive candidates discreetly through networking, LinkedIn, associations, and referrals.
  • Assessment & Evaluation: Shortlisting based on leadership competencies, cultural fit, and business impact.
  • End-to-End Process: From sourcing to negotiating compensation, managing counteroffers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Confidential Hiring: Handling sensitive mandates with strict confidentiality. Role: Non-IT

Leadership Recruiter Responsibilities:


• Partner with business leaders to identify leadership hiring needs.

• Conduct industry mapping and create strong talent pipelines.

• Head-hunt senior executives through multiple channels.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for director-level and above.

• Maintain high standards of candidate experience and employer branding.
