Job Overview:

We're looking for a dedicated and meticulous Deputy Manager for our Listing Compliance team. This role is crucial in ensuring our company adheres to all regulations and requirements set by stock exchanges and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law, SEBI regulations, and stock exchange listing requirements. You'll be a key player in maintaining our company's integrity and transparency in the financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure ongoing compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and other relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Regulatory Filings: Prepare and submit all necessary filings, reports, and disclosures to stock exchanges (BSE, NSE) and SEBI within specified deadlines.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Advisory Role: Provide expert advice and guidance to various departments on compliance-related matters, including corporate actions, related party transactions, and insider trading.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise effectively with stock exchanges, SEBI officials, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders like the Board of Directors and senior management.
  • Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all compliance-related activities, filings, and correspondence for audit and review purposes.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest changes in listing regulations, corporate governance norms, and legal frameworks impacting listed entities.

Knowledge Required

In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and other corporate laws.
