We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented EME Civil Engineer

  • The EME and Civil Engineer will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Electro-Mechanical Equipment (EME) and Civil related things used in SBER bank branches of India.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime. Also ability to manage and correct civil related issues
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex machinery, including motors, control panels, sensors, and automated systems. He should review the working of office equipment and also maintain the check sheet of civil part
  • They should be comfortable reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints, and be able to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
  • The EME and Civil engineer will also perform routine inspections, identify potential issues before they become critical, and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to implement solutions.
  • In addition to technical skills, the EME and civil Engineer must possess strong communication abilities, as they will be required to document maintenance activities, report equipment malfunctions, and provide feedback seniors and management alike.
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor electro-mechanical equipment systems
  • Perform routine office maintenance, inspections and civil related work.
  • Troubleshoot and arrange to repair mechanical, civil and electrical issues
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics and has the ability to prepare SOW of the requirement technically.
  • Document maintenance activities, equipment performance & facility checks
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams
  • Assist in equipment upgrades and installations
  • Maintain inventory of tools and spare parts
  • Provide training to junior operators as needed

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent; technical certification from appellate authority
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, Civil and electrical systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime if required
