Role Description
We are seeking an Architecture, Structural, and MEPF BIM Modeler with 1 to 3 years of experience for a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing accurate BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEPF elements. Responsibilities will include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for project coordination, performing clash detections, and ensuring models meet the required standards. The role will also involve preparing design and construction documentation, exchanging technical knowledge to enhance project efficiency, and contributing to delivering sustainable and high-quality projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design-related skills
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in Solution Architecture and Integration to ensure seamless workflows
- Ability to work within BIM methodologies and software to create accurate and efficient models
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable design solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in BIM for architectural, structural, and MEPF projects is preferred
