We are looking for a proactive and reliable individual to join our team as a Live Stream Support & Admin Assistant. This role involves providing real-time backend support during live streaming sessions, assisting with technical and administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. If you're tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced online environment, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide backend support to live hosts during live streaming sessions
- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and ensuring smooth operations of live sessions
- Perform or learn basic photo and video editing tasks
- Manage and meet all technical and administrative needs during live streams
- Respond to customer inquiries across various platforms
- Support live admins to ensure seamless operations
- Handle general office and administrative duties
- Contribute to overall team support and coordination
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Basic photo/video editing skills (or willingness to learn)
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Nice to Have (but not required):
- Experience with live streaming platforms
- Familiarity with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.
- Prior customer service or admin support experience
