About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Product Business Analyst to join our growing product team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, users, and technical teamshelping translate business needs into clear product requirements and data-backed recommendations. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure our products deliver real value to users and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate requirements into detailed user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Support product discovery through data analysis, market research, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Assist in defining product KPIs and use data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align cross-functional teams on product goals.
  • Ensure requirements are clearly understood by development teams and participate in sprint planning.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating features against business needs.
  • Monitor product performance post-release and suggest improvements based on metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in business analysis, product analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL, Excel, and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
