We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistics Executive / Assistant Manager to oversee and optimize global supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management, coordinating logistics processes, and negotiating pricing to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate inventory and logistics reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and harmonize supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination between vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with global transportation suppliers to optimize energy usage and improve efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy in export and import documentation, complying with international trade regulations.
- Conduct price negotiations with vendors and logistics service providers to achieve cost savings in the global market.
- Oversee shipment tracking, warehouse management, and distribution planning to meet business objectives.
- Implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Qualifications & Skills:
