User Acquisition and Community Outreach Intern

Role & responsibilities:
- Help with guest and host acquisition across Guwahati for Jinino
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns and holding in-person events
- Manage and grow Jinino's social media presence
- Execute basic operational and admin tasks remotely
- 15-20 hours of total committment per week
- Remote tasks will follow a deadline-based, goal oriented structure rather than fixed daily hours
- Interns must also be readily available for 3-5 hours of scheduled real time collaboration over Zoom each week
Preferred candidate profile:
- Based in or near Guwahati with flexibility for field work
- Well spoken, confident, and capable of representing Jinino in meetings, outreach efforts, and host/guest interactions
- Interest or background in marketing, social media and being part of an early stage startup
- Proficiency in social media and design platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Canva, and Figma
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable in dynamic environments
