- Staff Training & Development:Equipping clinical staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively and follow protocols.
- Communication:Facilitating clear communication between different departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Strategic Planning:Developing and implementing plans to align operational activities with the broader strategic goals of the hospital or organization.
