  • Regulatory Compliance:Ensuring all hospital activities and processes adhere to government regulations and healthcare guidelines.
  • Resource Management:Allocating staff, equipment, and other resources efficiently to support clinical activities and patient care.
  • Staff Training & Development:Equipping clinical staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively and follow protocols.
