Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute multimedia projects including videos, promos, special shows, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with editorial, production, and digital teams to develop content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Oversee the production process — from pre-production (script, storyboard, shot planning) to post-production (editing, graphics, sound mixing).
  • Manage on-location and studio shoots, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Work with designers, editors, camera crew, and anchors/reporters to create engaging multimedia content.
  • Ensure content is optimized for television broadcast as well as digital platforms (YouTube, social media, website).
  • Maintain brand consistency and storytelling standards across all media formats.
  • Stay updated with the latest media production tools, technologies, and trends to enhance content quality.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Production, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of proven experience as a Multimedia Producer or in a similar production role within TV, digital, or media organizations.
  • Proficiency in video production software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of camera handling, lighting, sound, and studio production.
  • Excellent storytelling, creative thinking, and project management skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced media environment with changing priorities.
