Senior Business Development Executive Government and PSU

Role Overview
We are hiring a senior leader to drive Government Pre-Sales, end-to-end RFP management, and strategic business development across Central & State Government and PSUs.
Key Responsibilities'
- Lead business development and sales strategy for Government and Public Sector clients.
- Identify tenders, government programs, and digital transformation opportunities.
- Manage the complete RFP process, including proposal preparation, compliance checks, submission, and bid defense.
- Ensure alignment with procurement norms including GEM, NIC, and e-procurement portals.
- Work with solution architects, technical, delivery, and finance teams to create strong techno-commercial proposals;
candidates with independent techno-commercial capability (lesser dependency on technical teams) will be preferred. - Support requirement analysis, BRD preparation, solution discussions, and client presentations.
- Build a partner ecosystem and track market trends, policies, and sector opportunities.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and internal reporting through CRM tools.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Government Technology Sales / Pre-Sales.
- Strong experience in RFP management, government bidding, and contract closure.
- Understanding of Digital Transformation, Cloud, IT Infrastructure, and large-scale government programs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate independently and handle senior government engagements.
