About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Import–Export Executive to handle our international trade operations. If you have strong documentation skills, excellent English communication, and a passion for global business, this is the perfect opportunity for you
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day import–export documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, Bills of Lading, etc.)
- Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, transporters, and other stakeholders for smooth cargo movement
- Communicate with international suppliers and clients via professional emails and calls
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all import–export transactions
- Assist in preparing MIS reports related to imports and exports
- Support compliance with DGFT, Customs, and other statutory requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in import–export operations
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of international trade documentation & procedures
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Education
- Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BA or equivalent)
- Certification/Diploma in Import–Export (preferred)
