Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive in Export Documentation located in Ahmedabad. The Executive will be responsible for managing export documentation processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, coordinating with sales and export teams, and handling import-export activities. Daily tasks include preparing and verifying export documents, coordinating shipments, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role also requires maintaining accurate records and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing Export and Import activities
  • Knowledge of International Trade regulations

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Experience in the chemicals industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field
