IT Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate IT products/services.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in IT, Business Administration, or related field).
- 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, software sales, or technology solutions selling.
- Basic understanding of IT products, software solutions, cloud services, or managed services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience selling SaaS, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or digital transformation solutions.
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles.
- Ability to handle client objections and provide effective solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
