We're Hiring: Marketing Executive – Admissions

Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive – Admissions to represent our institution both on- and off-campus. This role is pivotal in engaging with prospective students, parents, school counselors, coaching centers, and other stakeholders—guiding them through the admissions process while promoting the college's diverse programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the college at on-campus and off-campus events to connect with prospective students and stakeholders.
  • Distribute college brochures and promotional materials to relevant audiences.
  • Provide comprehensive counseling on the admission process and academic opportunities.
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (in-person, telephonic, and email) to guide students in their academic journey.
  • Implement planned marketing activities to promote the college and its programs.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve admissions targets and contribute to the department's success.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong result-orientation with the ability to achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MIS, MS Word, Internet navigation).
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Warm, enthusiastic, and positive attitude with a pleasing personality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
