1. Compliance & Statutory Executive

 
Location:
 CSF Head Office - Vadodara, Gujarat

 
Experience:
 2–5 Years (Freshers can apply, experience preferred)

 
Department:
 Compliance & Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage statutory documentation (Forms A/B/C/D, registers, compliance files).
  • Maintain and verify attendance sheets for client projects.
  • Coordinate with clients via email and phone for compliance submissions and updates.
  • Follow up on compliance status across sites and support in audit readiness.
  • Use 
    MS Excel
     and 
    Tally ERP
     for record maintenance and reporting.
  • Assist during internal and client-side audits.

Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of compliance and labour laws (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency in 
    Excel
    , email writing, and basic 
    Tally
    .
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • A detail-oriented and proactive work approach.
