We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Accounts Associate to provide comprehensive support to VNC Global by managing required accounting tasks. You will be a key part of a professional team responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial data for our clients, assisting them in understanding their financial position and making informed decisions. The role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles, a high level of attention to detail, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and contribute to the overall success of both the team and the clients.

The goal is to support the team in maintaining financial clarity and operational efficiency for our clients, enabling them to focus on long-term success.

Primary Job Functions
  • Process daily business transactions across various areas, including sales, purchases, payroll, and other client-specific departments, for single or multiple clients.
  • Reconcile accounts such as sundry debtors, creditors, and bank accounts, ensuring accurate payment follow-ups and record maintenance.
Secondary Job Functions
  • Support Analysts by assisting in data analysis and helping to review processed transactions for accuracy and compliance with protocols.
  • Participate in internal initiatives such as continuous improvement efforts, organizational activities, and professional development sessions.
  • Engage in knowledge sharing through team meetings and contribute to process improvements by suggesting and implementing more efficient ways of working.

Required Qualifications
  • M.Com./MBA (Master of Commerce) – preferred
  • CA Inter (Chartered Accountant - Intermediate level) – preferred
  • B.Com - but with experience and no future studies plan for 2 years - applicable for any qualification that the candidate may have.
