Job Title: Chartered Accountant – Accounts & Income Tax

Position Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end accounting finalisation, statutory compliance, and direct taxation matters.

Ensures timely preparation of financial statements, accurate tax computations, and adherence to applicable accounting standards and income tax laws.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Finalisation

  • Prepare and finalise financial statements as per Companies Act & applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / AS).
  • Ensure correctness, completeness, and accuracy of books of accounts.
  • Coordinate with statutory auditors for audit completion.
  • Ensure proper provisioning for expenses, depreciation, and other accounting entries.

2. Direct Taxation (Income Tax)

  • Compute and file Income Tax Returns (Company / LLP / Firm / HUF / Individual as applicable).
  • Handle TDS/TCS compliance including return filings and reconciliations.
  • Prepare tax audit report (Form 3CD & annexures) and ensure compliance.

3. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Income Tax Act, Companies Act, and other applicable financial regulations.
  • Keep updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (Ind AS/AS).
  • In-depth understanding of Income Tax laws, TDS, and tax audits.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 3–7 years of experience in accounts finalisation & direct taxation.
  • Exposure to statutory audits, tax audits, and compliance matters.

Pay: ₹60, ₹70,000.00 per month
