Experience

Role Overview

As the
Senior Manager – Growth & Impact
, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with the broader education and development ecosystem. You will be responsible for co-creating opportunities for deploying ConveGenius solutions by aligning with the missions of large-scale CSR programs, foundations, philanthropies, and NGOs.

This role requires a passionate and driven professional who understands the intersection of
education, technology, and social impact
and is experienced in navigating complex partnership landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

Identify and build strategic partnerships with NGOs, CSR heads, philanthropic foundations, and multilateral agencies aligned with ConveGenius' mission.

Lead end-to-end partnership cycle—prospecting, pitch development, proposal writing, negotiations, and onboarding.

Design and co-create programs with partners that enable deployment of EdTech solutions at scale in low-resource settings.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build trust-based relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the education ecosystem.

Work closely with product, implementation, and strategy teams to craft compelling value propositions for partners.

Revenue & Project Mobilisation

Drive revenue from partnerships through grants, CSR-funded initiatives, and collaborative projects.

Track and report on partnership pipeline, conversions, and project outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, or fundraising in the development sector, EdTech, or impact-focused enterprises.

Demonstrated success in partnering with large impact funders, CSR teams, foundations, or large-scale NGOs.

Excellent communication, proposal writing, and relationship-building skills.

Passionate about education equity and technology-led transformation.

MBA, Master's in Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field from a top-tier institution is preferred.
