Job Description:

  • Order processing, invoicing, arranging shipments with transporters, communication with Regional offices generating e-waybills, coordination with the 3PL, inventory checks.
  • Attending audit quries and preparing audit records. Mainting of shipment records.
  • Monitoring of shipment details updataion in BPCS.
  • Verifiying vendor Bills for payment process.

Qualification, Skills, and Experience:

  • Graduation in any discipline; Minimum 3+ years of experience in the field of warehousing and invoicing.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in using ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational ability.
