We are hiring Centre Head - BOMPS ( KOLLAM CAMPUS)

Birla Open Minds Preschool, Kollam, is looking for a *dedicated and dynamic Centre head* who can lead with vision, connect with warmth, and ensure excellence in early childhood education.

Position - CENTRE HEAD

Location - Birla Open Minds Preschool - Kollam campus

Joining- Immediate

Key responsibilities:

* Oversee day -to- day preschool and Grades 1 and 2 operations and academic delivery

* Build a strong team and warm *parent connect* through effective communication and engagement.

* Guide and mentor the teaching team to uphold Birla quality standards.

* Ensure a joyful, safe and nurturing environment for children.

Eligibility and Qualifications:-

* Post Graduate in Education/ Early childhood education

* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in preschool leadership or academic coordination.

* A pleasent personality with empathy, initiative, and organizational abilities.

Immediate joiners preferred
