Responsibilities:

  • Serve Customers: Greet people, answer their questions, and give them information about the jewelry.
  • Sell Jewelry: Help customers buy products and meet your monthly or seasonal sales goals.
  • Handle Money and Orders: Complete customer payments and get the jewelry ready to be delivered.
  • Maintain the Store: Make sure the store is always clean, safe, and looks attractive (following display standards).
  • Manage Stock: Keep daily track of the store's inventory and monitor stock levels.
  • Keep in Touch: Follow up with customers after they visit and work to keep them coming back.
  • Teamwork: Communicate and work well with people in other departments.
  • Use Technology: POS and other computer systems like ERP.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
  • Good knowledge of Jewellery - Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Silver will be an added advantage

  • Methodical (keeps track of tasks),

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23, ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Borivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
