Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives with prior jewellery sales experience to join our team. The role involves driving retail and field sales of lab-grown diamond jewellery, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly targets. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell lab-grown diamond jewellery in the assigned region. Achieve sales targets (monthly/quarterly) with additional incentives for overachievement. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups. Identify new business opportunities and assist in expanding the client base. Conduct on-field visits, client meetings, and retail sales as required. Provide product knowledge to customers and resolve their queries effectively. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth order execution. Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years in jewellery sales (retail or field).

Education: Graduate (preferred, but mandatory with strong Jewellery sales background). Skills: o Fluent in local language + English. o Strong communication and negotiation abilities. o Customer-oriented with a proven sales track record. Willingness to work on-field and travel to different cities. Must have industry knowledge of diamonds/jewellery sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
