1. Job Description
The Office Boy / Pantry Boy is responsible for ensuring overall cleanliness, smooth functioning of pantry services, and basic office assistance. This role supports day-to-day office operations by maintaining hygiene across the workspace, preparing refreshments for staff and visitors, organizing supplies, and assisting with simple administrative or facility-related tasks. The position requires discipline, reliability, and a service-oriented approach to maintain a comfortable and professional office environment.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Office Maintenance & Cleanliness
- Maintain overall cleanliness of office premises — reception, workstations, meeting rooms, director cabin, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
- Perform daily dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waste management.
- Ensure meeting rooms and common spaces remain neat, organized, and ready for use.
B. Pantry Management & Guest Serving
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors during meetings and office hours.
- Maintain inventory of pantry items and refill supplies as needed.
- Keep pantry utensils, crockery, and appliances clean and well-arranged.
C. Office & Facility Support
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and moving lightweight office items.
- Manage courier handling—receiving, dispatching, and maintaining logs if required.
- Ensure lights, ACs, and electrical equipment are switched on/off as per office schedule.
- Assist the Facility Manager with minor upkeep tasks like basic cleaning of glass doors, organizing rooms for events, and simple furniture movement.
3. RequirementsSkills & Competencies
- Knowledge of basic hygiene and cleanliness practices.
- Ability to prepare tea/coffee and manage pantry responsibilities efficiently.
- Good etiquette, polite communication, and respectful behavior toward staff and guests.
- Punctual, disciplined, honest, and trustworthy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with responsibility.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum education: 10th/12th pass (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in office support or pantry operations (preferred).
- Physically fit and capable of handling routine office tasks.
Other Attributes
- Presentable and well-groomed.
- Service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple small tasks throughout the day.
- Flexibility to assist during office events or extended hours if required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
