Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Master Data Management: Maintain and manage accurate master data across systems to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Catalogue Management: Oversee the product catalogue, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely updates.
  • Cost & BOM (Bill of Materials) Master Creation: Create and manage cost structures and BOM masters, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various teams across functions to ensure seamless data flow and process integration.
  • Data Governance & Reporting: Implement data governance standards, monitor data quality, and generate regular reports for stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Experience with ERP/MDM tools (SAP, Zoho, Tally, Unicommerce).
  • Understanding of SKU hierarchy, cost structures, and BOMs.
  • Knowledge of packaging materials and e-commerce catalogue standards.
  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and coordination skills.
