We're now looking for a
Sales Operations / Enablement Manager
to streamline how our sales engine runs bringing structure, insight, and efficiency to our client acquisition and retention processes.
Role Overview
As a Sales Ops / Enablement Manager at GreySpace, you'll be the
bridge between strategy and execution
for our sales team. Your mission: to optimise Freshsales CRM usage, track and report performance analytics, align marketing & sales campaigns, and enable the sales team to close deals faster and smarter.
This is a role for someone who thrives on systems, loves turning data into strategy, and can help transform a growing agency into a high-performing, revenue-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management (Freshsales)
- Own Freshsales CRM: data hygiene, pipeline structuring, automation, and reporting.
- Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and workflow automations.
Ensure sales team adoption of CRM best practices.
Sales Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards that track pipeline health, deal velocity, win/loss rates, and campaign ROI.
- Deliver weekly/monthly sales performance reports with actionable insights.
Forecast revenue and track against agency goals.
Sales Enablement
- Develop playbooks, templates, and collateral for outreach, proposals, and client presentations.
- Train SDRs and AEs on using CRM, sales tools, and structured workflows.
Support onboarding of new sales hires with process documentation and training.
Campaign Coordination
- Partner with marketing to run aligned outbound campaigns (email, social, events).
- Track campaign performance and integrate results into CRM.
- Ensure a seamless flow of leads from marketing to sales with proper qualification.
What Success Looks Like
- CRM adoption across the team is high, with accurate, real-time data.
- Sales reporting is proactive, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Campaigns deliver measurable lead flow and conversions.
- Sales team productivity and deal velocity improve month over month.
Ideal Candidate
- 3–5 years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement.
- Some agency/consulting exposure is a plus.
- Proficiency in Freshsales (or similar CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and data visualisation tools.
- Able to set up dashboards, automations, and reporting frameworks.
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles (creative/marketing/tech services is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and training skills you can translate data into actions.
- Process-driven, detail-oriented, and excited about building systems that scale.
