About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Manager to support daily business functions, drive sales, and ensure smooth coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with the founders and play a critical role in converting leads, managing operations, and representing the company when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day operations and assist founders with execution of tasks and plans

Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and client communication

Pitch products/services and close sales with potential clients

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Manage internal processes to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Travel as needed to meet clients, attend meetings, or oversee operational activities on-site

Provide regular updates to the founders and assist with reporting and performance tracking

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven sales ability and confidence in client-facing roles

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Willingness to travel on behalf of the company

Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset

Prior experience in sales or operations preferred (0–2 years)
