Product Manager Responsibilities & Key Deliverables • Product/Platform Life Cycle Management – - Continuous Market insight to evaluate change in customer needs and building on new opportunities - Industry trend analysing and prediction of future trend - Competition Intelligent with benchmarking to develop Product and feature upgrade Roadmap - Competition Scanning based on sales and market share data and leverage current products positioning - Customer segmentation and mapping of change in application trend - Continuous evaluation of Current Product Benchmarking along with PD to identify Gaps and develop Product improvement plan with features upgradation - To support Sales and Marketing with Product Value Proposition for Product Positioning - To support Sales and Marketing with Product and related application training - To support Marketing to develop sales literature - Continuous interaction with PD, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance and customer care for driving tactical and new projects efficiently - Manage current Portfolio with positioning details in terms of Competition and Customer segmentation - Continuous focus and driving for simplicity, complexity reduction and building configurability approach - Thriving for Product issue resolution in coordination with Quality, Customer Care, PD and Manufacturing - Defining tactical projects for Market Share gain and driving the same for speed to market • Future Product and Technology Roadmap – - Develop New Products and Technology Roadmap - Prioritization of new Features and Technology based on customers Value Benefits - Define short term and long-term Roadmap based on prioritization considering competitive scenario and customer requirement - Defining platform refresh projects and driving the same for speed to market Education Qualification BTech/BTech - Agriculture Engineering General Experience >12 years of experience (Tractors prefered) Should posses knowledge about tractors & its application Critical Experience • General Skills – - Collaborative, Agile and Bold to manage stakeholders and drive execution - Good understanding of Business and its eco system - Understand the cause-and-effect linkages - Communication & Networking skills - Research Orientation & Breadth • Competencies – - Data Analytics - Customer focused - Strategic and Business orientation - Leading from front - Tech Savy - Technically and Product application proficiency - Multi-Tasking - Result oriented and execution excellence System Generated Secondary Skills Experience LevelMid Level
