Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect based in Delhi, India. The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing detailed architectural BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring adherence to international BIM standards, and creating accurate construction documentation. Daily tasks include facilitating communication between stakeholders, optimizing workflows, and providing technical support to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Experience in architectural design and construction, including MEP and interior packages
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols
  • Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage project workflows
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in providing technical documentation and ensuring compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • Professional experience in the AEC industry is a plus
