Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect with proficiency in BIM/Revit to join our architectural design team. The role involves supporting senior architects in developing design documentation, 3D modeling, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate Revit models and working drawings for architectural projects.
  • Assist in design development and preparation of presentation drawings.
  • Support in the production of detailed drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
  • Coordinate with MEP, structural, and interior teams for BIM model integration.
  • Maintain and update project documentation in BIM platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with design standards, codes, and client requirements.
  • Participate in design discussions and contribute creative ideas.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Revit Architecture (BIM) and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of MEP and structural coordination.
  • Good visualization and 3D modeling skills.
  • Familiarity with software such as SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or Photoshop.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Fresh graduates or junior architects with 0-3 years of professional experience in architecture.
  • Strong academic background with exposure to BIM/Revit workflows during projects or internships.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and adapt to new design technologies.
  • Ability to work under the guidance of senior architects while taking ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Good understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction basics.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
