The Junior Architect will assist in the design, development, and execution of architectural projects under the supervision of senior team members. This role involves supporting all project phases — from concept design to construction documentation — while ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to client and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, models, and design presentations.

  • Support senior architects in developing design concepts and technical solutions.

  • Produce detailed construction documents and specifications.

  • Conduct site visits and assist in project coordination during various stages of construction.

  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.

  • Research materials, building codes, and sustainability strategies.

  • Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, and company standards.

  • Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and coordination sessions.

  • Maintain project documentation and file management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

  • 0–3 years of professional experience in architectural design or related work.

  • Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, building systems, and construction methods.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
