We are expanding our core design team and looking for creative minds eager to take on responsibilities in designing, drafting, reviewing drawings, and Site coordination for upcoming projects. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and want to grow with a dynamic team, this role is for youKey Responsibilities:Assist in design development and research for thematic design schemesPrepare concept presentations and client proposalsEnsure compliance with the latest norms and guidelines from relevant authoritiesCreate error-free GFC/working drawings and assist in reviewing BOQs for Architecture, Interiors, and FurnitureDevelop site-specific drawings and coordinate with engineering and MEP teamsConduct site visits (PAN India) and provide on-site recommendationsMaintain accurate project data, trackers, and weekly status updatesWhat We're Looking For:B.Arch from a reputed institution (NITs, SPAs, IITs, GGSIPU, etc.)1+ years of professional experience in architecture and designProficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPointStrong 3D modeling skills in SketchUp, with rendering expertise in Enscape/LumionExperience in coordination drawings with MEP services is a plusExposure to multiple project categories and the ability to handle diverse design challengesShould be comfortable working on the following Software-Design Authoring - Revit, SketchUp & AutoCADVisualization – Lumion/EnscapeGraphics & Productivity - Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office SuiteIf you are excited about contributing to high-impact projects and growing in a fast-paced architectural environment, we’d love to hear from youApply now or share with someone who’d be a great fit
