Role Overview:

As an
E-commerce Executive [Marketplaces]
, you'll manage daily operations across fashion marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, and others. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate efficiently across teams to ensure smooth execution of listings, pricing, promotions, and dispatches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    product listings, catalogue accuracy, pricing updates, and stock syncing
    across marketplaces.
  • Oversee daily operations including
    returns, claims, ad changes, and performance optimization
    .
  • Maintain and update
    MIS trackers, sales dashboards, and performance reports
    .
  • Coordinate with
    design, warehouse, and marketing teams
    for timely uploads, replenishments, and campaigns.
  • Leverage
    AI tools and workflow automations
    to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Track marketplace KPIs — sales, cancellations, return rates, and ad spends.
  • Stay updated on
    platform trends and algorithm changes
    to maximize visibility and sales.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    e-commerce operations or marketplace management
    (fashion background preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in
    Excel
    and data analysis.
  • Keen interest in
    AI tools, automations, and performance analytics
    .
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a
    fast-paced, high-growth
    environment.
