Solution Management Senior Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with advanced technical and functional expertise who can act as a trusted reference point for colleagues and support junior team members. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence decisions in complex scenarios.

• Work independently within a plan defined by your manager, with guidance on highly complex situations.
• Influence decisions related to your area of responsibility, anticipating dependencies and consequences.
• Contribute to transversal projects and propose process improvements.
• Ensure accountability for your own and team commitments.

• Analyze and prioritize customer content, product, and service requirements; assess value creation potential.
• Represent the segment/area/business in investment committees and governance boards.
• Document high-level requirements and Minimum Viable Solutions (MVS), including end-to-end flows, wireframes, data flows, and interoperability needs.
• Identify gaps in the existing portfolio and propose solutions.
• Monitor and manage budgets for your area, including capacity planning with R&D, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Identify pilot opportunities and expected outcomes involving customers.
• Orchestrate activities to ensure solution delivery and interoperability across components.
• Ensure internal readiness in terms of training, billing, and services through SLAs/OLAs.
• Support key adoption and migration projects.
• Consolidate and prioritize delivery and support needs; liaise closely with Travel Channels Delivery and Customer Support teams.
• Track and report on budget utilization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of business priorities.
• Advanced technical/functional knowledge in relevant discipline.
• Ability to work independently and influence decisions in complex scenarios.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in budgeting, capacity planning, and governance processes.
