We are looking for a
highly driven and target-oriented VP of Sales – New Business Development
to spearhead our growth strategy. This is a key leadership role directly working with the CEO to achieve ambitious sales and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead
    end-to-end sales strategy
    for both B2B and B2C markets in the EdTech domain.
  • Drive
    new business acquisition,
    building and managing a robust pipeline of enterprise clients and consumer users.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly revenue targets of
    ₹15 Lakhs and beyond.
  • Establish strong, long-term client relationships
    through consultative and solution-driven sales approaches.
  • Work independently with complete ownership of
    sales targets, client acquisition, and closures.
  • Analyze sales performance data and report progress directly to the CEO.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine offerings and sales strategies.
  • Build, mentor, and expand the sales team as the company scales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or technology-driven sectors).
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of B2B enterprise sales cycles and B2C consumer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with high ownership, drive, and resilience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with zeal to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to eventually manage a team.

Performance Expectations:

  • Achieve quarterly revenue target of ₹15 Lakhs.
  • Deliver continuous growth in client acquisition across B2B and B2C segments.
  • Provide quarterly sales strategy reports and future growth recommendations to the CEO.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹46,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience).
