
Call Center Executive

Job Summary:
Access Business Operations is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Call Centre Executive to manage customer interactions and order processing. The role focuses on receiving customer bookings, generating accurate orders in the system, and coordinating with the operations team for allocation and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend inbound customer calls and record booking requests.
- Generate orders in the system accurately based on customer requirements.
- Provide detailed information on test schedules, turnaround time (TAT), sample requirements, and pricing(Training will be provided).
- Allocate and schedule orders by coordinating with field teams (technicians, logistics, etc.).
- Ensure timely confirmation of bookings to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer details, and service updates.
- Assist customers with queries, rescheduling, or modifications to existing orders.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of daily schedules.
- Contribute to improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
- Experience in customer service/call centre operations preferred.
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English; Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with booking/order management systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
