**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain LiwaSpring products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM - Odoo).
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for field sales executives.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain call quality and customer engagement standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum educational qualification: Any Degree.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Malayalam; knowledge of English or Hindi is a plus.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about meeting targets.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 to 15,000 (based on experience and skill)
- **Sales Commission/Incentives** based on lead conversion and targets.
