**Al Safwan Marine**, with over **21 years of expertise** and 80+ employees, is a globally trusted name in marine safety services, specializing in inspection and servicing of marine safety equipment for international clients.

**Role Overview**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
- Build professional relationships with clients to ensure smooth payment cycles
- Coordinate with the accounts team to track receivables and resolve payment issues
- **Smart and proactive** individual with good coordination skills
- **Fluency in English (spoken)** is mandatory, as the role involves communication with UAE clients
- Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in telecalling/credit control will be an advantage
